Use of the calculator

The Medicare Premium Calculator estimates 2026 Part B base premium, IRMAA surcharge, Part D add-on, and your monthly bill from the inputs you provide. It is offered free of charge by Choppy Toast.

Not advice

Premium estimates use the 2026 IRMAA brackets and Part B premium published by CMS in November 2025 plus the Part D base beneficiary premium. Actual Medicare costs may differ from these estimates due to plan choice, IRMAA recalculation, life events, and CMS mid-year updates. This is not tax, medical, financial, or insurance advice. Consult a CPA, fiduciary financial planner, Medicare counselor (SHIP), or licensed broker before making decisions based on these estimates.

No warranties

Calculations are provided as is. We make no warranty of accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or that the figures match your IRMAA notice. The calculator is a quick illustration only.

Limitation of liability

Choppy Toast is not liable for any decision, action, or financial loss based on calculator output. You are responsible for verifying premiums with the SSA IRMAA notice and CMS sources.
